The Company promises that goods may be returned within 7 days from the date of sale (subject to the customer’s actual receipt date) if the following conditions are met:
The product itself has quality issues;
Product damage occurred during transportation;
Incorrect delivery of goods, or the product does not match the ordered item, and the product is eligible for return or exchange provided it does not affect secondary sales.
Circumstances Not Eligible for 7-Day No-Reason Return
Personalized customized goods;
The product has been used (electronic products are deemed used once powered on);
Wear and tear on the appearance of the product, its functional parts, or accessories;
Loss or severe damage to the outer packaging of the goods (except for normal unpacking), which actually affects the secondary sales of the goods;
Other goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which you confirmed as non-returnable at the time of purchase;
Other circumstances where the goods are in poor condition and affect secondary sales.
How to Apply for a Return
1. Return or Exchange for Personal Reasons
Within 7 days from the date of receipt, send an email to the after-sales service center (provided the goods do not affect secondary sales). After-sales customer service will process your request within 1–3 working days of receiving the email, and you shall bear the shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange.
2. Return or Exchange for Quality Reasons
Within 7 days from the date of receipt, send an email to the after-sales service center at: service@mail.driftzap.com. Customer service will process your application within 1–3 working days of receiving the email, and the Company shall bear the shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange.
3. Notes on Returns
Within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact the courier company directly to arrange the return. After the courier company receives the goods, they will notify the Company of relevant refund matters, and the Company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
