A statement, subject to penalties for perjury, that the information in your complaint is true and accurate, and that you are the intellectual property owner or acting on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

Upon receiving such complaint notifications, we reserve the right to take the following measures: remove or block access to the allegedly infringing content; disconnect all links pointing to the content; notify the alleged infringer that access to the relevant content has been removed or blocked; terminate access to and use of Ndhguyt services by users or third parties who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of Ndhguyt or others, or handle the matter in accordance with other provisions of the Terms of Service and related policies.
