Free shipping for all orders
After an order is successfully submitted, we will arrange shipment in the order of placement, with a shipping cycle of approximately 3 working days; shipping is not restricted by time periods, and delivery services are available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
After the order is shipped, the arrival time is approximately 7–10 working days.

- For risk control reasons, order information cannot be modified after confirmation. Please fill in the correct address and phone number when placing an order; we apologize for any inconvenience caused;
- Stranded orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be retained by the distributor for 5 days. The Company will notify you via email—please reply to the email or contact customer service promptly. If no response is received within 5 days, the Company will arrange to return the goods to the warehouse and process a refund; we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- If the goods you ordered are defective, you may request a full refund;

- Returned goods must maintain the integrity of all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents or materials as shipped.
