4. Order Confirmation Rules
After you submit your personal information, payment details, and place an order, the Company will send an email confirming receipt of the order—this email serves only as acknowledgment of order receipt and does not indicate acceptance of the order.
Your order will be officially accepted, and the contract between you and the Company will be formally established only when the Company sends you a "goods shipment confirmation email." The contract shall only include the items listed in the shipment confirmation email.
The Company reserves the right to refuse order acceptance for any reason, including but not limited to:
a) The ordered product is out of stock, has been removed from shelves for failing to meet quality standards, or is subject to shipping restrictions;
b) Errors exist in product pricing/descriptions;
c) Payment authorization cannot be completed;
d) You do not meet the purchase eligibility requirements specified in these Terms of Service.
If there is any issue with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Delivery and Signage Notes
After placing your order, you will receive a notification of the expected delivery time. The Company will endeavor to complete delivery within the expected timeframe but does not guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
All orders are insured during transportation until the goods are delivered or retrieved. You are required to sign a delivery confirmation form when receiving the goods, and upon signing, you shall assume responsibility for the goods; if the signatory is not the original purchaser (e.g., a gift recipient), the signature shall be deemed proof of delivery completion, indicating that the Company has fulfilled its order obligations and you acknowledge the transfer of relevant responsibilities.

6. Return Policy
The Company is committed to providing you with a high-quality online shopping experience and therefore implements a no-reason return policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may apply for a return and receive a full refund.
Return Details:
a) Customers may return goods within 7 days of purchase;
b) Returned goods must be in their original condition: unworn/unused, packed in the original packaging box/bag, with intact hang tags.
To return goods, please fill out the return application form enclosed with the product and send it back together with the goods; if you lose the form, please contact customer service to obtain an electronic version.
Note: Shipping costs for returns shall be borne by you.
